What can I say about this company? They are wonderful and very professional. My insurance company was really stalling and Sasha, with Thompson Roofing, was amazing at helping me through the process. They fought for us to get everything we needed. Sasha kept me updated on a regular basis and I never had to worry. Then when they came to install the roof, it was done fast and looks amazing!! Lance Kemp inspected our roof for hail damage and identified enough hail damage that the roof needed replaced. He worked diligently with the insurance adjuster to ensure that we were made whole by our home insurance. Once the claim was approved, Lance and the owner were patient as we waited for a good time to install the new roof. Once the installation date was set, Lance came by to make sure that the crew was doing a good job.
