The employees at the Liberty Branch of one Tower Loan are excellent. Never too busy to act friendly and like they've known you all your life. I miss read something about a loan I don't know if it was for another company or for this one but I called them up and they were more than happy to accommodate me and please me. By the time I got to their office Louis helped me in a way that changed everything I was going to do and relieved me of another company I really wanted to get out of and still ended up with the payments being lower than what the two companies combined were and I still walked out with cash in my hand I've never been so happy these people are wonderful have...read full review
My Boyfriend and I needed money to tag our car and we kept getting denied everywhere. He called and they did his application over the phone and although they had internet problems today, they communicated with him until his application was approved. He was approved for more than they told him over the phone! It was a 30 minute drive for us but I can’t thank them enough for saving us during hard times! Keith and I will recommend this place to anyone we know if they are ever in a bind! Thanks again Tower loans(you literally saved our lives)! Not all superhero’s wear capes!
