I would highly recommend if you re like me and trying to get back in the habit of working out. Love the fact that I can get a full body workout in 20 minutes. The entire staff is wonderful and a joy to work with.
This is a great option for anyone with a busy schedule who wants to improve their functional health. I've been very pleased with the equipment, staff, and detailed exercise routine. I would highly recommend!
This is one of the best things I have done for myself. I enjoy the studio and the coaches, who are always supportive and friendly. They even worked with me through 2 hip replacements and kept my fitness on track.
