Pro Roofing KC did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters, and their team was incredibly easy to work with. I particularly valued how they simplified the entire process by coordinating with my insurance company and scheduling appointments at my convenience. Dom, Alex, Jared, and the whole crew were very polite and professional. I highly endorse them for anyone needing their roof replacement at a fair price.
I am impressed by Pro Roofing KC. Their people make the difference! They are friendly, professional, low pressure and honest. Paula asked if I wanted a roof inspection and set up the time for the next day. Zack showed up the next day (on time) and said the roof was in overall good shape except for some nail pops and a need for caulking. Work completed the next day at a very reasonable price. I wish everyone I deal with was a nice and reasonable as Zack and Paula - I mean Pro Roofing KC.
Five stars is not enough! ProRoofing KC is a fantastic service provider for roofing and they are an exceptionally well run business. All members are courteous and respectful of my time, and they provide a personal touch that sets them apart from any roofing company. Communication is outstanding. Paul and Alek immediately jump in to assist with the insurance claims process making it unbelievably smooth and hassle-free. They all know exactly what to do and execute the project from start to finish efficiently and with unmatched professionalism.
