The staff was all really friendly and helpful. They were also quick to respond to their online chat system. It took longer than we expected to get our instrument looked at, but even with all the instruments on the repair list they tried to get ours back to us as soon as they could. We got it back within 5 days. 🙂 They were easy to work with and did a good job! I am happy with the service given.
Palen offered me exceptional service on installing a pre-amp on my guitar. The person who installed it is Merle. He is my guitar hero!!! If you need help the staff at Palen are very helpful and will assist you in every possible way!
Everyone there was super nice, eager to help, made me feel like they were happy to have me there. As someone with anxiety and autism, I always love a welcome feeling! They were ready to help me put together a plan for the ideas I have, and I even found an item that was not only better than what I was looking for, it covered two of the other needs, and it was a better price than planned! I’ll be going there often!
