Update: Issue was resolved on billing and credits very quickly. Management is very professional and made it all better. Thank you.I was unable to make time for my prepaid services so I cancelled by service by phone in August. The receptionist told me my prepaid services had to be used by November. I called to make the appointments to use my credits and the receptionist told me I couldn’t make those appointments until I paid my outstanding balance. What outstanding balance, I said? I cancelled a few months back. The receptionist said I was supposed to sign a terminate agreement form. I asked when and where did they send it and the girl had a bad email address. I went for a stone massage deep tissue and Ivy was awesome she used salt stones that were also more healthy I guess but she was very thorough, it's kind of pricey but for some self pampering it's is sometimes worth it.

They have many different types of services to offer. I've tried just a couple: LED Detox facial, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, mini hot stones (only the back), and a decompression therapy. The last item is a unique cup massage with no or little bruising thay helps to bring up deep knots and it's probably my favorite add-on to a massage.I had my first facial the other day and it was so soothing, my skin felt clean, and my acne cleared up a little (I have a cystic) over the next few days.I highly recommend this team and their services!
