I’ve been a Great Plains Exteriors customer for over 4 years now and I’m constantly blown away by their first-rate customer service and craftsmanship. There’s simply no one like them in the business. Being in the KC area, we are consistently hit with some of the most extreme weather that mother nature can throw at a house: huge wind gusts, lengthy heat waves, and frigid cold spells. The fact that my siding still looks as good as it did the day it was installed 5 years ago is a testament to the quality of work that Great Plains Exteriors does. Occasionally, the crazy midwest weather can cause a piece of trim to work its way loose. It’s just something that you have to expect over time in this environment. I’m so thankful I can simply call up Chase or Chris at Great Plains Exteriors and they are on it pronto! I had a loose piece of aluminum trim on a corner fascia and Carlos (the absolute siding expert) was at my place the SAME DAY to get it swiftly repaired. As always, Carlos is professional, friendly and leaves the job site better than he found it. He takes care of his customers, treats them with the utmost respect, and strives to build a lasting relationship. Those are qualities you can’t just go out and find, and I certainly don’t take them for granted. Our house looks amazing! Great Plains Exteriors did a wonderful job. Our quote was spot on. Project was done on time. Trent and Carlos were the best. Carlos and his team went out of their way to do extra with helping us hang new exterior lights and add some amazing details to our home. Not only did we get siding and new gutters but new windows too. I can not believe how clean this team was with the clean up process. Superb job Great Plains. Trent was a delight to work with. This project was not stressful at all because of him. If Trent did not make it to our house daily he always called to keep us informed of what the next day would be like. Plus we are seeing results in our utility bills.

Trent was very friendly and helpful with our siding and gutter purchase. His team that installed our siding and gutters did a great job. They definitely knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend Great Plains exteriors.
