I really enjoy Dr. Waterman. She’s kind and thorough. The staff and other eye doctors I’ve met throughout my times here are knowledgeable and nice as well. There are several wonderful glasses options to try on in-office, and I never feel pressured, sticker shock or like things are being added to my glasses or contact orders without explanation or consent, like I have at other optometry places (Hilltop in Liberty). This office visit is always exactly what I expect (in the best way), and my insurance is enough to cover glasses + a percentage of contacts as well when I come here.
This was my first time visiting this office for my annual eye exam. The front desk office staff were welcoming and friendly. My eye exam started right on time and Dr. Baker was very professional and thorough with my exam! I will definitely be coming back to this office.
My husband and I were very pleased with our service we got. Dr Waterman took the time to explain things and didn't rush us out of the office. The staff was amazing! Will definitely be returning.
