About HCC Network Clinic - Lexington
HCC Network Clinic develops and implements programs responsive to documented health needs of county residents. The clinic implements and supports countywide programs that help create access to education, awareness, prevention, and treatment services. Patients have visited several times assisting people in attending appointments. Staff is absolutely amazing, very thorough, and really cares about the patient's care. There is consistency in care across the board. Nurses and front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Everyone is very welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are very informative and did not try to sell random stuff. The front desk took time to help determine out-of-pocket costs. The doctor is very nice and helpful, getting patients in at the last minute for illness.
I have been here several times assisting people in attending appointments. Mary-Beth Schnell is absolutely amazing. She is very thorough and you can tell she really cares about the patient's care. I will always recommend her because of the consistency in care I have seen across the board. The nurses as well as the front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you so much for all the help, time, and recommendations.
Everyone was very welcoming!! The dentist and hygienist were both very informative and didn’t try to sell me random stuff like I’ve experienced at other dental offices nearby. The front desk took their time to help me determine how much my next appointment will be out of pocket after insurance portion is covered. Everyone was just super nice the minute I walked in all the way to the end of my appointment!
