The office was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. They have done a stellar job on my daughter’s braces so far, and are willing to work with you on an affordable payment plan. My super-energetic 2-year old comes with me to appointments, and the staff are very sweet and considerate to him, which I really appreciate.
My expectations were far exceeded. A friend recommended Westrock to me for my son's ortho care. I was impressed from the front desk process, the consultation, and then getting the braces started. This team seems as though they genuinely care about the patients time and making this an investment rather than a financial burden. Super affordable. I really appreciate the teams energy and the atmosphere. Thank you guys! I am no longer dreading when the next 3 children need braces!
From the front desk to everyone in the back, we were treated wonderfully. Dr. Amy explained everything. We were able to get braces the same day as the consultation. That was great for us, as we live 30 minutes from the office. I highly recommend.
