Totally pleased with the help that was provided by United Electric Service LLC in September 2023. Professionalism - 5 Stars Problem Solving Skills - 5 Stars Time between requesting help, phone call response and job completion - 5 Stars Cost of the completed job was quite reasonable - 5 Stars The job I needed done was small, but it was needed to improve the safety level of my home. The electrician who completed the wiring job also took time to explain to me how to use the changeover box, that was previously installed, should my area experience a long term power outage. Now I know the proper steps to make sure the lineworkers stay safe and I can supply needed power to my home. Thank you so much for the help. Your electrician and company treated me like I was million dollar customer when the job was quite small.
