I love the vets, they are amazing and straight to the point. Very reasonable prices as well however the vet tech that was in the room today was absolutely disgusting. She ripped my 5 month old cat out of his cage and when he starts freaking out blames it on fleas and refused to put his medicine on because of how he was acting… well miss girl I’d react the same way. She didn’t ease him into the situation at all just ripped him out of the cage I’ve taken him to the vet 3x since I’ve had him (I’ve only had him maybe 4-6 weeks) and he’s NEVER acted like that. Dr. Henderson and staff were thorough, caring, accommodating, and professional, and pricing was very reasonable. We are from out of state and were camping in Bennet Springs when our dog became very sick. I called Terra in the middle of the night, worried, and got a return call right away. After running some tests, Dr.Henderson called with her diagnosis and recommended she stay overnight for medications and fluids, but also acknowledged that we were traveling and gave options in case we were needing to head home. She had an astonishing recovery after her stay of about 36 hours, we were sent with prescriptions and instructions, and our fur baby did great!

Was able to get my cat in for an emergency surgery on a holiday weekend. The staff that showed up was really nice and knew called back after surgery to let us know everything went well.
