"After a big corp gave me the run around, I did what I should've in the first place and called local. Randall's Plumbing understood my frustration and got to work right away setting everything up to get my water going again. He was very professional yet friendly, like I was chatting with a neighbor. The guys he sent to work on my house were great, and worked tirelessly for hours taking every curve ball in stride. I would definitely recommend Randall's Plumbing. Most of these bad reviews are not representative of the company as a whole in my opinion, just how the service world goes. They came out once, equipment broke, next day they weren't able to make it so I called another one of the OTHER plumbers in the area and they gave me the run around about trying to call me to come out and no answer (total BS). The next day Isaiah was back with the machine fixed and within 30 mins had my pipes draining again. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly to me.
