However, they appreciated the 7-10 business day estimate given for receiving the results. Not certain if the fogging was effective. It’s been 5 weeks since they fogged, and I still have no results from the mold test. Bobby said it would be 7-10 business days to get the mold results back. I am still having a reaction so I’m guessing there’s still some mold there. It really would be good to know something.
Extremely professional and quick! I called on Monday and we were able to get someone out by Thursday to fog our crawlspace. The office woman (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) was very helpful and explained exactly what would be happening during service and took time to compare their services for me. The gentleman that came out was very nice and explained what he would be doing each step of the way. Would recommend!!
We were having various health symptoms, and after realizing we had white mold, we gave them a call. It was so easy. They even made sure the air system was mold free. We could tell the difference right away, and all of those various vague (yet numerous) symptoms are all gone! Thank you so much, Pure Air! I was paying way more in medical bills than I did for this service!
