“I highly recommend the groomers that work here especially Brittany! She groomed both of my dogs and handled a difficult situation with so much professionalism and care. My larger dog ended up biting her during the grooming process, and she immediately called me to let me know what happened. She was very understanding and didn’t believe it was intentional, especially since it happened during the final steps of his groom after he had done well throughout the appointment. She was incredibly considerate and even allowed me to stay while her coworker finished trimming his paws so we could make sure he stayed calm and comfortable. Based on previous experiences I believe the type of grooming collar being used may have contributed to the discomfort, and she and her coworker were open to discussing ways to make his future appointments less stressful for him. What impressed me most was that despite the incident, she was willing to have us come back and suggested scheduling a longer appointment next time so she could have extra help available and ensure my dog remained comfortable throughout the process. Her patience, compassion, and dedication to the animals in her care truly stood out. I’m very thankful for how she handled everything and I would recommend her to others!“

“I am very impressed!! Both my dogs had their first visit here on 12/10/25. They both have long fur, and one of them is especially difficult not only to brush, but even just washing his fur is hard. I told her I didn’t want their fur short for the winter, so to only trim face, legs, and backside. Well, when I picked them up, they were so fluffy and soft and I could see their eyes again!! She also got done 50 minutes faster than what she predicted it would take. Oh, and I’m sooo thankful for her patience when scheduling with me, but she made it work and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! I 100% recommend The Doggie Salon. ? ?“
