Every time I come, I am treated well. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. I don't like to come, but when I'm so thankful to have this resource when I need it. Thank you for providing this service in Lebanon.
My appointment on post was scheduled too far out so I came here for a minor issue. I was checked in, seen, and released within an hour. The staff are nice and thorough. My release documents include exactly what was stated and given. On post they put anything down to get you out.
From beginning of our visit and to the end of our visit, we were well taken care of. The staff was courteous, professional, and patient of my toddler who was a little shy. They explained everything very well and made sure I understood. Enjoyed every bit of our visit, and will definitely come back if another even arises for us to use Urgent Care!
