I have been coming here for over 3 years. Dr Mel and the staff are so friendly and make me feel very welcome. Dr Mel takes care that my pains and concerns are treated and maintained so I can continue to work to my full capacity!

Dr. Melani Crocker, DC has been providing the Lebanon community with excellent chiropractic health care for over 32 years. The office has grown to offer a variety of additional services for the entire family such as Acupuncture, Decompression, Laser and Ultrasound therapy as well as sports and employment physicals, but always keeping a focus on chiropractic care. Dr. Melani is a Nationally Certified Chiropractic Physician and a Graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Melani’s goal has always been - and continues to be – educating her patients. She strives to provide her patients with the knowledge, understanding and tools to work towards their goals.
