Everything was great!! One thing I didnt like was I felt rushed while trying to choose eyeglass frames. The woman came and stood right by me closely not saying anything. Not helping me with anything. I felt like she wanted me to hurry up. So I hurried up and chose just the next thing that caught my attention. It wasnt what I would have chosen otherwise. I didnt say anything because I would have exploded and I have a problem with calming down once I start. She shouldnt be assisting anyone with choosing frames.
Dr. Wiles made my daughter’s first eye exam stress free. He was so kind and patient. My oldest daughter has been seeing Dr. Wiles since she was four years old. She went from wearing a patch for 6 months and needing glasses, to having 20/20 vision at 10 years old. With his help, her are stronger than ever. Thankful for what he does and has done for my family.
Dr Wiles and Keela as well as the rest of the staff are all friendly and helpful. My experience was getting a routine eye exam to check for diabetes in eyes I believe they explained what the test results meant. They are also helpful with the paper work and almost anything pertaining to their work and them serving you.
