6:45 pm and out of no where our hall bathroom just started running and had not been used in over a month. Shut the water off to the house and called the Bearded Plumber. Figured I would hear back the next day to schedule a time, but NOOOO, absolutely floored they called me back within an hour and put me on the books as everything was ok this evening. I have used them for all the plumbing issues we have and will never go anywhere else!!! Always honest, helpful and find the most affordable and realistic way to take care of my home. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the price and I am very happy that I had Sam with the bearded plumber. He was friendly and intelligent in his work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that, for about 3-4 weeks after I got the estimate, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to schedule the work. Once I did though, the work was completed quickly.Services: Plumbing leak detection
My husband and I were so happy to have met Sam the bearded plumber. He did excellent work, very professional. He came out on a Sat morning and by Sat eve we had our new water heater installed and working great. Thank you Sam. He comes very highly recommended from us. 10/10.Service: Water heater installation
