Although the schedule didn’t work out the way it was planned, i’m still happy with the service and how fast/efficient Joseph Sanchez was on diagnosing what was going on and getting it fixed quickly.
Mike and Tyler are the best workers I've ever had in the 10 years that I've lived in my house, and I've had to keep having people here to redo the work over and over. Not only did they tell and explain the work they were doing, but showed and told me what and why they were doing it. And even explained that if such and such were to happen, what to do about it, and what to look for, and go about the problem so it doesn't make matters worse. They not only deserve a bonus, but also a huge raise, because they both went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work they did.
Melanie was absolutely amazing and a life saver! She came on a holiday weekend and went the extra mile until we had everything working again. She was very reasonably priced and professional. Thanks again!
