I called after hours at the end of the day on Valentines day & Autumn just happened to still be in & picked up the phone. She walked me through what options were available & within my budget and put together a beautiful basket & even made sure it got delivered in time for a visitation the next day. All of this after hours on what is probably one of the busiest & most exhausting weeks of the year. Outstanding 10?????????? customer service.
I bought a Shiapoo from the Stumps back in 2004! That was Buttons!! Last year 2021 I lost her to leukemia! She was the best dog I've ever had !! And I'm missing her yet today!! There will never be a replacements for Buttons ever!!!
