I was a former patient at Cox Med One and transferred care to Access Family Care due to it having a more convenient location. The staff is wonderful, especially Melinda. She actually listens to my concerns, and even helped me get a test done and covered by insurance that I was pushing to have done by my previous provider.

Angela is amazing with my kids since day one. My oldest has had traumatic experiences with some nurses (in Arkansas) that created fear of Doctors, Angela took the time to make him feel comfortable and interacted with him explaining what she was going to do. She also helps me by dumbing down her examination.

I was treated soooo well here from the moment I walked in. Margie Hart was absolutely outstanding in explaining to me everything that was going on with me as well as examining me with much detail. She even called me to check on me later in the afternoon. I am so happy that I found this wonderful facility.
