“I asked the owner to come over to my yard while they worked on a neighbor's place without even calling for an appointment. He was happy to do so, and took his time explaining everything that he would want to do to ensure the job was done right. He then showed me a decent bid, with a separate one for something else. He thought that should be done but didn't need to be done right away. I thought that was a very nice gesture.

When they showed up to do the job, I was informed well ahead of time by a polite person on the phone, they walked in the backyard, prepared their job site by making sure all of our things were out of the way and not in danger, and then got right to work. They cleaned up every single bit of tree waste that they created. They were done in a couple of hours and everything looked great.

I will not hesitate to call them for another job if it were to come up. They did everything right and the price was fair.“
