Booked a gentleman’s facial for my husband and a custom facial for myself. Appointments were on-schedule. The facility was nice and mostly updated (except for the pool which is shared with the lodge). Both facials were relaxing and the rooms were comfortable.Only two complaints: my esthetician did not read my paperwork so she did not know I was pregnant or that I booked an add-on (so it was skipped). Afterward she said I should have told her. So I felt like communication wasn’t great among the staff since I arrived early as instructed to complete the paperwork and it had everything correctly listed. ??‍♀️Second complaint is that we brought our bathing suits...read full review

Love this spa.. to relax was the goal. It was a very good experience. Many choices. The extras of steam room, the sauna are so amazing. The mineral pool was down while there and the Hot tub and pool was great for 10 minutes then the area filled up with loud holiday 4th of July guests of the resort. The quietness on a loud day was so soothing and much needed. Can't go wrong with any service just pick one.

I hate to sound pretentious, but I don’t think I’d go back to Spa Shiki. It isn’t very upscale for a Four Seasons. They have a steam shower, small sauna, hot tub and pool, but it’s just not what I expected. Their processes are odd to me (like having to call back to the spa to get in from the pool). Why not a key card? A couple staff members were very friendly and a couple were not. We felt like a nuisance more than clients paying $450. We did appreciate allowing kids to get pedicures.
