I had been told by a different company that I would be fine without tarp until they installed my new shingles only to have water damage after it rained later that week. Justin answered the phone at nearly midnight and came out first thing in the morning to cover the roof and then work out a contract with me. Some of the best customer experience I’ve had. The team came out about a week later and knocked out the work in no time. Extremely satisfied.
