I was recently a patient in March. The lady at the front desk, Emily made my check in seamless. I was offered an iPad to create my patient portal through MyChart to easily access my upcoming questionnaires to check in, appointments, summaries & everything else. I got my X-rays by Sam, & she made me super comfortable (I hate x-ray's!). Jess did a great job at cleaning, & Dr. Geiger was SO kind. You can tell she really cares about her patients & wants what is best for everyone. My first visit here in Jan was great. However I kept having to get rescheduled for a deep cleaning and cavity fill because of HBP.That's fine.I don't appreciate the fact that initially I was not given the option to receive a numbing agent that does not raise blood pressure. I had to do my own research to find out this option was available.Fast forward to two weeks ago, the dentist Dr Sayed numbed me with the agent that is appropriate for people with HBP. Denise is a very good hygienes and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.No pain at all while cleaning my teeth. Ask me her to any questions and she advise you as much as possible
