Lotus Barn Yoga
“I had the absolute honor of attending a Kundalini yoga class at Lotus Barn Yoga, and it was everything my soul needed that day. I came in with questions on my heart and stiffness in my body—and left feeling more open, aligned, and at peace.
The space itself is absolutely breathtaking. From the serene, sacred property to the quiet energy that surrounds it—it felt like a healing sanctuary. And Elisabeth… she was glowing with such grace and wisdom. Her presence, her voice, and the way she guided the class felt like medicine.
Every detail of the experience was intentional and soul-nourishing. I’m still carrying the peace it gave me. Highly recommend this space and this beautiful offering to anyone needing reconnection.”
