Polite and professional. Completely transparent while handling my computer problem, and even though he couldn't solve it, I feel like he did his absolute best and even gave me a solid reference for a specialist.

This is a great small business to work with if you are having any computer issues. My son broke his Macbook computer screen and within a week of talking to B squared they had parts ordered. We were in regular contact, since the repair was pricey he made sure we were comfortable with the cost and also gave us the option to look elsewhere. We decided to go with him and it was a great decision! Parts were ordered late monday night and in by thursday. He finished the repair before end of business thursday and i was able to pick up the computer friday! It works great and looks good as new! Recently went here to have my laptop upgraded, cleaned up, and windows redownload. Was very helpful, explained what he was gonna do and was transparent about the whole process. Installed a few programs to help keep the computer running perfect and setup my folders to to keep from clogging up my operating system. Would definitely recommend this guy. And is being very covid cautious if thats important to you.
