Every person our family came in contact with at Bopp was so kind, compassionate, patient and accommodating. Our baby boy was unexpectedly stillborn and we were overwhelmed with grief. Bopp Chapel was very generous and compassionate to us. After we met with a cemetery and bought our family plot, Bopp handled everything with getting our son from the hospital and arranging burial logistics at the cemetery for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We're very thankful to Bopp Chapel and its staff, and will certainly use them in the future when the time comes for other loved ones.
As a Funeral Director myself, I have to pay a compliment to this team. I needed a very specific item for an upcoming memorial service and thought my funeral home didn't have it. I called Bopp and spoke with Dennis and Meredith who were very kind and offered to help with what I needed. It turned out, the item was just misplaced, but the simple fact that they offered to help out when it did NOTHING for them is a testament to the type of people there.Thanks Dennis and Meredith for just being good people.
