This isn't my usual vet clinic (I don't live close to Kirksville), but this team was there for us during after hours when we needed them. They were immediately responsive to my call and after brief discussion of our need they provided an accurate estimate of cost. They provided excellent care of my pet and I'm considering a switch for our regular vet cares.
Called with a request to get my dog in urgently due to some pain she was experiencing in her back legs. They got us in right away and established a care plan for her that we feel great about. All the staff was very friendly and good with my baby who is very nervous and skittish around strangers. So thankful for them!
They are angels over there. I dont want my cat sedated for her annual shave & they do a perfect job. They sedate her by telling her she's a good gurl & she's beautiful. I love that. Ripley gets bad knots & needs a full shave in the summer. We like to leave her tail & head alone though. She may look silly but they do exactly what we want. I will always let them shave Ripley.
