Always very nice and friendly. Answers calls promptly and always helpful. Since coming to Kimberling City for work, we've been here to have our dog spaded, her shots and flea/tick mess. They were very accommodating when my dog ate a whole bottle of her ibuprofen for her surgery, I called and rushed her right in, the gave her meds to induce vomiting, gave us meds for her liver/kidneys, set appt to have bloodwork done to check for possible liver/kidney damage. Which there wasn't! The staff is always cheerful and my Mishka loves going there. Definitely not afraid to go in, get nails clipped or to get shots. I highly recommend this vet, you can tell the way my dog acts that… read full review
Dr. Henry and his entire team have been nothing short of amazing over the years. My dog, Pearl, has had a long list of health challenges—bladder issues, heart problems, and more—and through every step, they’ve been there with compassion, patience, and genuine care.
It’s clear that this isn’t just a job to them—they truly love the animals they care for. They’ve always taken the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure both Pearl and I feel supported. No matter how stressful things have been, I’ve never felt alone in it because of their kindness and dedication.
After all these years, they honestly feel like family. I’m so grateful… read full review
Being new to Missouri, I asked new neighbors and reviewed web sites of vets in order to find one for my dog. Chose Kimberling Animal Hospital and am so glad I did. Friendly, courteous, professional staff from the receptionist to the techs to the doctor. After carefully listening to my concerns and asking important questions, an estimate of care cost was given up front. The doctor provided an extremely detailed exam, made a recommendation for dental care and again provided an upfront estimate. The next day I received an email with a detailed summary of our visit. I am very confident the staff at Kimberling Animal Hospital has my dog's health as their first priority.… read full review
