I don't think I have ever talked to a more pleasant person on the phone. I have utmost confidence that Andy's Creations will definitely come thru with exactly what I ordered. Since I am not from the area I had to rely on google reviews and I am so glad that I selected this business to go with.

Very quaint and friendly, though I was a tad disappointed in the varieties of merchandise and floral to choose from. This was first time I'd ever gone inside, but just driving by, I had the impression from the store front that it was busting at the seams with merchandise. I don't want to give wrong impression, they were well stocked with choices, I was just expecting too much, I think.

So to start this off I will say. At first they messed up my order and I was so angry but after a very attentive employee took the time to discuss my concern and care about the disappointment I was satisfied. I told them there was no need for a refund or replacement but they went above and beyond in making sure I was happy. Mistakes happens to all of us but it’s how we make it right is what matters and Andy’s creation does this without a doubt. I will go on to say before the incident I have used Andy’s many times without a problem as well so accidents and mistakes don’t happen often.
