6/24 Thank You! Thank You! Monday morning, a very hot day in the forecast and my unit starts making noise! A snake had crawled into the unit!! Thank you SO MUCH for taking care of that situation and double checking that my unit was good to go! Cannot say enough good things about this company!

We had an A/C issue at our business and Shanks was able to come out that day to help us. Of course it happened on one of the hottest days. James the technician was great, he took the time to explain things to me, he didn't make me feel like an idiot, totally nice and helpful. He did a great job of thoroughly checking things. He was confident he solved our issue but assured me that if it didn't fix the issue they would be right back out. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend Shanks for heating and cooling needs.
