The four gentlemen who handled the job were not only polite but also incredibly hardworking. Despite facing rain on the third day, which made digging challenging, they persevered and achieved excellent results. My basement now features three cement patches, and both the porch and east wall are solid. For the first time in years, the back door is level and closes properly. Josh and Michael did an outstanding job, even sealing the cracks in the floor and cleaning up the mud in the garage and driveway. I really appreciate their efforts!
Our basement wall was failing and honestly it was terrifying. Started with these stair-step cracks in the mortar joints and then the whole wall started leaning inward. You could actually see it if you stood in the basement and looked at the wall straight on. Got multiple opinions and everyone agreed we needed wall bracing or anchors immediately. Went with these guys because they seemed the most knowledgeable about the specific soil conditions here and their price was competitive. I don't usually write reviews but I'm making an exception because this company literally saved our house. We had these horizontal cracks in our basement block walls that kept getting wider and the wall was bowing inward probably three or four inches. I was legitimately scared it was going to collapse. Got quotes from three different companies and the range was insane - from $9,000 to $22,000 for the same work. These guys came in around $12,000 and the inspector really took his time explaining exactly what was happening and why.
