The Hair Trap

I've been going to Anthony for 15 years. I like a haircut you can set your watch to and Anthony has been that. He's much cheaper than a therapist and knows me better than most. The cutting ritual is immaculate. He's an old school Italian barber with Sinatra playing in the background.

Anthony has well over four decades of experience as a barber and it shows in both his skill and professionalism. Not only did he give me EXACTLY the cut I wanted (which a surprising number of KC barbers have failed spectacularly to do--I know, right?), he did so in a friendly, professional manner which made me feel valued and welcomed as a customer. I'm also growing my first beard, and he was able to provide it the shape and trim I'm not too skilled at doing for myself yet. The environment is relaxing and very low-stress, too, which is a VERY welcome change from the environments in which I've been getting my hair cut. I'll be coming back to him every month.
