Allision and Travis made my choice easy explaining the process and procedures with this project. The moving crew was terrific . The floor molding touchup went flawless. Now ,Fernando and his team are true professionals from the masking and prepping the rooms to the actual sanding the floors was great with very little "dust". Fernando laid out the staining choices for our selection and explained the process and the application is flawless. The rooms were professionally cleaned. We had our old hardwood floors refinished and added new hardwood floors to our dining room and master bedroom. Allison came out and bid the project, identified timelines, and explained the entire process. She and her RippnFinish team did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results and felt the price was reasonable. I was particularly impressed with Allison’s organizational skills. She kept us informed of schedules daily and was very responsive to each question we had. The job was even completed a few days earlier than scheduled. We would definitely use RippnFinish again and recommend them to anyone who has a hardwood flooring project.

Allison and her team are exceptional. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and refinishing our hardwoods was the first improvement we made to our home. Allison was communicative, patient, and made us feel comfortable immediately which we really appreciated because this was new to us. Her team nailed our vision for the floors and kept us updated at every step of the process. Everyone I talk to has been amazed with their transformation and the speed at which they were refinished.
