After having 6 inches of sewer backup in my basement, the insurance company called Rainbow to assess the situation. Chris came out and gave insurance the amount it would take for them to clean up.
Long story short, insurance ended up paying me and telling me to hire our as I pleased so I had three different companies come out and give me a bid and found Rainbow to actually be the cheapest by far.
I called Chris back a week or more later and asked if he would still honor that price and he happily came back and told me the things we could do that would save me even more money.

Great attitude and attention to detail! They packed my kitchen up and carried it where I wanted it. They were here when they said they would be.We had an insurance claim so price was not an issue.
