Doctors are great, generally. The front desk is constantly rude, wether in person or on the phone. When I've spoken on the phone, I've been scoffed at and not listened to about what I'm calling for. I've spoken to the front desk directly and had eyes rolled at me and been complained to because "I was like the 3rd person to ask for my appointment to be rescheduled" after waiting for well over an hour past my appointment time. The people answering the phones and working at the desk seem annoyed and unhappy, and have repeatedly taken it out in me. KC Care exceeds ever other healthcare experience I've ever had. The staff is friendly and promotes positivity and kindness. Every interaction, across multiple years and at different locations has been pleasant- every time. Think about how rare that statement is in the context of healthcare. I've never detected impatience, nor rudeness, no one is pushing you through a grinding healthcare machine, just good people doing good in our community. I had a good experience here. I was seen, heard, and after a brief consultation I was able to get back to my day with what I needed to stay healthy. Staff was kind and caring, and helped me with my needs in a respectable and friendly manner. Keep up the good work KC CARE!
