“I had windows and more install new windows in my home. Overall most of the windows are fine and keep the weather out. However, I have one that keeps letting snow, rain, and overall the outside conditions into my home. I've tried contacting them for about a month now with no luck on them picking up or calling me back. They originally said they would call me back after they talked to their supplier and now im getting the run around with no updates from the company. Its looking like it'll be another 800 to get it fixed with another company. Ive been trying to work with them since the last snow that hit the joplin area when I noticed the issue.

6/8/26 update: the company brought two new windows panels and worked on fixing the adjustment. Updating the scoring to reflect this fix from the company.“
