The widows are beautiful and energy efficient. The installers were courteous and professional. The time to get the widows from payment to installation was very long. The installers accidentally broke our fiber optic cable and we had to contact the company for a repair. We are hoping Windows and More will cover any cost for repairs. There was also some scuffing on the widow sill for the large window.

I recently (07/01/25) used this company to replace most of the windows in my house. They've been nothing but professional in every way from the sales person who came to my house and explained the process and measured, to Kylee in the office who handles billing, scheduling and notifications, and 5 different installers that I've met. There was a small problem with one window. That window was immediately reordered and replaced as soon as it came in. The guys do a beautiful job of trimming the windows out after installing and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. It's very obvious that they all know what they're doing. Most excellent work. Quality. The young man Dakota was outstanding and went way beyond to do an excellent job on my windows. He worked hard all weekend to make sure I had the perfect windows. I'm so excited and well pleased in your windows and the fine installation. Thank you so much.
