These are the best and most helpful guys to come to when you are needing help! Shane just went above and beyond to help my mom and we are extremely appreciative! I highly recommend them!!! They are just the nicest people!
We were sent here by T-Mobile, and they graciously helped us even though we just needed guidance more than having a proper paying job for them. Nevertheless, they were professional, helped us, and were super friendly. I can confidently say that when our devices DO break down, I'll be bringing them here to get fixed.
Excellent customer service by the gentleman working today. He had a line to the door and kept his cool the entire time. He's the one I want working on all my tech items.
It would be smart to add more staff on Sundays as 30 minutes to check in a product is long. It would also be nice to not wait so many days to get a data transfer. The store is understaffed by far.
