A good and honest company who stands behind their houses. I lived in my home built by TR Smith for 8 years and had zero issues while there. They made the process so easy and knew what would look perfect for my style. It was so nice to have people who listen to my wants and needs and far exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to see the next house they build for me!
I have had two beautiful homes built by TR Smith! My expectations were met and far exceeded. I love being able to show off the craftsmanship that went in to each part of my home. What I really liked most was that my home was completely customizable and that there isn’t another home that looks like mine! One of a kind
TR Smith Construction recently built our home. We had a great experience with them. They were easy to work with when coming up with our house plans. They listened to our wants and needs and worked those into our floor plan. Morgan was AWESOME to work with throughout the construction of the home. She was quick to respond, helped guide us when needed and listened when we had concerns. The time frame of construction stayed within the contract date. Overall construction is awesome and we are thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom built home. Our sincere gratitude to TR Smith Construction and family.
