Above and beyond. We lost a loved one not only were they compassionate and prompt but kind and lended and and shoulder. Delivered excellent service and on fast. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you southtown for being there. We'll see you again.

They have a new Tailor in their shop right now. And things are really flying out the door. He does a good job,especially with the old lady who works with him

It took 2 1/2 months to get my bedspread back from them. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. We started calling after 6 weeks and kept being told it wasn't there. Finally we called the 4th time and Jeannie said it's been here for awhile. It cost 47.00 but that wasn't the problem. They should at least tell their employees to look first or maybe call when it came in like they were supposed to. I thought they would probably say we never picked it up and would sell it or maybe someone there liked it. If u need something at le
