Had a fantastic experience with this local company! We had a pipe burst under our house and major leak was noticed by our water company. Looked into local plumbers and all we called were unavailable till next week. Saw an ad on Google for Roter Rooter here in Joplin and gave them a call at 3pm today. It’s now 6pm and it’s fixed. Patrick was the technician he was very professional and fix the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Josh was very friendly over phone, and got the technician, Lee, here quicker than scheduled and within 24 hrs of us calling. Lee was super friendly and professional and, although our issues turned out to be vast and price a bit more than we can afford just yet, he was very understanding and helpful with regard to information, and the estimate was free! We will definitely be calling him back to complete the job soon!

Will only use them for all my plumbing needs.Received a call about Lee coming out to see me this morning. Lee arrived shortly after and was extremely professional. He was accompanied with a trainee who was also very professional. Together they cleaned out the sewer main with haste. Unfortunately, it was found out to be a major issue so I will have to get some pipes replaced but Lee was amazing!! It's hard to find good customer service, good people, and hard workers all rolled into one person, but Lee pulls it off effortlessly!Services: Plumbing leak detection
