I've lived in many apartments over the years and these are some of the better ones in this area . Management always replies real fast and has a solution to my needs when brought up and are super friendly.
I have rented from Pro X for almost 5 years. Never had any issues. If i had a problem i let them know thru their maintenance request portal. They were always on top of it in a very timely manner. Good Rental Management Company to rent from.
While apartment hunting ProX was the only realty office that allowed viewings without a pre-approved application, didnt have to pay to view any properties until I looked and signed a lease.
Monique V. answered the phone when I had issues finding a property, and when I was ready to sign the lease she kept me updated with the process. ProXs online portal to sign & pay for everything made it easier to do while working full time. Rent is decent, the property is nice and I haven't had any issues.
