Super easy process. The staff worked diligently to get the loan done and buttoned up in a timely manner. Huge shout out to Sam who went above and beyond and I’m not forgetting Amanda who helped out tremendously putting it all together. The staff all worked together like a well oil machine. You can feel the environment and the vibe is relaxed. Other places you can sense tension amongst co-workers and ultimately the customer is the one neglected unfortunately, however that was NOT the case with the Joplin MO OneMain Financial location. If you are looking for a loan for whatever reason OMF is the best and top choice. Check them out to see what they can do for you.
The customer service I received from an associate named Sam, was above and beyond anything inwould have expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely patient with all my questions. I'll definitely be doing business here again.
I was very surprised to get an unsecured loan for the amount I did. I even had a bankruptcy on file a few years back. I was able to pay for my school, get my box truck repaint and my truck in the shop to be worked on. And the interest rates is far better than the other quick loan places !
