Dallas and his team sealed and sprayed the crawl space under our house to treat this area for mold. This work was completed a year ago with professionalism and care. I was under the house this week, I was very pleased with the results of their work. The space was very dry, above the cover, and the humidity is controlled and there are no indications of mold being present.
We had Newman's Restoration install a vapor barrier in our crawl space and couldn't be happier with the experience. After getting 4 quotes, they were the clear choice — nobody else took the time to scope things out the way they did.
The whole process felt stress-free. They kept us in the loop daily with progress photos and every person we dealt with was genuinely kind and easy to work with.
What really won us over was what happened after the job was done. We had a few concerns and they came right back out without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find.

From the very first phone call I found Newman’s Restoration to be exceptional. They were responsive to my needs, professional, caring and did I mention professional. Dallas explained everything to me as to what needed to be done and why. His crew was here three different days and were courteous, kind and professional. Tricia is so warm and caring and listens to you. I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. They were so exceptional that when I need any other work done I will reach out to them to see who they would recommend.
