Very pleased with My Dentist. True professionals . They work with you and the insurance company to make sure you are covered for your dental work. Friendly and they put you at ease. I'm glad I chose My Dentist.
Dr Clark and his staff are amazing. I had a deep fear of dentists and so neglected my teeth. I ended up having a tooth pulled and Dr Clark was a surprise star. He did not cause me pain and was able to get the tooth out smoothly. It has healed super quick also. I have recommended My Dentist to family members who recently moved to Joplin and I am no longer terrified of a dentist.
I hadn't been here in quite a while mostly because the last time I was there (2021), I was not treated very well and the staff was very rude. This time, however (January 2025), it seems to be an entirely new staff since I last visited. Each staff member that I spoke with was incredibly friendly and the dental hygienist was amazing! Friendly and extremely good at her job! Dr Clark was professional and friendly as well. I will definitely continue with My Dentist Joplin!
