I had my first appointment with Dr. Bethany Whitesell today and I was so pleased with the treatment I received. She explained my treatment plan in easy to understand terms. She answered all my questions as well. So happy to have found such a great Doctor.
Missouri Eye Institute has the best doctors and staff you could ever hope for. Brittany Setzer was wonderful! She is knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. And all the staff there is great also. I highly recommend them.
There has got to be a better way to complete the questionnaire that is required--perhaps go back to the old-fashioned pen & paper rather than the messy plastic & smeary pen on a small clipboard. Since this place sees mostly patients who are older and have eye problems, I would suggest providing the questionnaire to the patients for completion well ahead of their appointment, if possible. Or perhaps the questionnaire could be completed on an electronic tablet.
