I worked at midland for almost 17 years. Midland was a family to me. We took care of each other. I had gotten sick a couple of times and everyone pulled together to help. Loved the people I worked with. Would highly recommend them.

I have worked for Mid-Land for the past 10 years. Mid-Land was a great company to work for. Very professional but still had that family feel. I felt well cared for, Mid-land helped me get 640 hours of OSHA certifications and licensees for all kinds of equipment. Any issues I had they were right on top of getting resolved quickly. When I was hurt a few years ago they surrounded me like family. I will always be grateful for my time with them. Highly recommend working for them if you get the chance.

I started with Mid-Land in 2010 as seasonal hand and left the company in 2022 running their steel division. Great company to work for with great benefits ,they have a good culture! Hard work and dedication with this company will get you a long ways.
